The Unqualified series begins June 26th and will focus on 5 Old Testament Biblical characters, all of whom were flawed and some of whom – if it were up to us – we may not have chosen as ones to work through. Yet God did. The point is God can do what He wants and He is free to work through whomever He chooses.
Even Moses, whom we look at as one of the greatest heroes in the Bible struggled with a sense of not being qualified for God to use him (see Ex. 2:11f; 4:10) We’ve probably all thought at some point “God can’t use me or at least shouldn’t use me.” However, studying the Bible shows us that many flawed people were used by God in powerful ways. They were just as unqualified as you and me.
